What is your shipping policy?
If you place your order before 12.00pm (VIC), it will be shipped on the following business day.Â
If you place your order after 12.00am (VIC), it will be shipped on the business day after the next.
If you place your order on the weekend or a public holiday, it will be shipped on the business day after the next.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if the item doesn't meet the customers "expectations" for opened and used products. If the item is still in it's original packaging and has not been used, then we are happy to offer an exchange or refund, whichever the customer requests. The customer is responsible for sending the item back and paying for postage charges.
I have received a faulty item, what do i do?
We apologise for the inconvenience - let's get this resolved as quickly as possible.
Please reach out to our Customer Service Team - the fastest option is via email. Make sure you have your order number, email address, a couple of clear photos of the fault and preferred outcome on hand to help us provide you with a quick resolution.
Does The Original Australian Pickle Co operate on weekends and public holidays?
