RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if the item doesn't meet the customers "expectations" for opened and used products. If the item is still in it's original packaging and has not been used, then we are happy to offer an exchange or refund, whichever the customer requests. The customer is responsible for sending the item back and paying for postage charges.
SHIPPING INFO
If you place your order before 12.00pm (VIC), it will be shipped on the following business day.
If you place your order after 12.00pm (VIC), it will be shipped on the business day after the next.
If you place your order on the weekend or a public holiday, it will be shipped on the business day after the next.
